I began Pilates to combat creeping arthritis pain and as suggested by my doctors, and now I can say that my daily pain has faded into the background as I have worked hard in class to grow stronger. The staff is cheerful, helpful, and supportive of accommodations where needed; and the community is positive and affirming. Their unlimited membership plan affords me great flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to visit other studios in their group. This means I can enjoy classes with friends who attend other studios. I love CP!
