I love the challenging but accessible workouts with plenty of modification options, and the empowering, body-positive language they use in class. Barre3 has me excited about working out again!

However, I didn't need to be because everyone here made me feel so comfortable and welcome! The classes are challenging but fun, and all of the instructors are great at explaining moves and adjusting form. I always walk out feeling 10x better than when I walked in. Barre3 is a true community. Give it a try!

I would be lost without my barre classes. What I love, too, is there are all different types of classes that they offer! I have been with the Barre Code for over 2 years now and it always is something I look forward to each day. Julie and her staff are so amazing and tend to each of their clients. This studio makes working out fun :) Definitely a must-try studio!
