  I am a long time unlimited member of club Pilates so that means I pay A lot each month. This is not the usual studio I go to but I decided to give it a try for a 6:30 class since I go to so many other ones. Usually if a level 2 doesn’t have a waitlist that means it’s not a good instructor teaching it. The 6:30 one didn’t have a waitlist so I knew the instructor was not going to be amazing but I was willing to give it a try. What I didn’t realize was how many traffic lights there were to get here. Anyways I got there at 6:36 for a 6:30 class. And yes I am aware of the 5 min late policy. I just never have been 5 mins late before. So at 6:36 they told me I can’t go in. Now here’s the reason why. The instructor Cheryl realized that another person could fill up the spot at the last minute and decided that she would take that person instead. Instructors are paid more if the class is full. Since they were able to get the class full without honoring my booking , that’s why they turned away me away. Club Pilates barely offers level 2 classes. Their model is getting new members in constantly and new members can’t go to level 2 right away. So they offer 90% level 1 & 1.5 classes. I only wanted to go to this since it’s a level 2 but I guess all I do is pay the exorbitant fees without getting the actual use out of it

  Your schedule must be completely open so you can sign up for a class! This has to be the only thing you are doing!!! After canceling the class, I keep seeing charges and it is ridiculed ! Go to LifeTime, much better deal

  I am now 30 classes into my experience at Club Pilates Plano and am hooked! I began Pilates to combat creeping arthritis pain and as suggested by my doctors, and now I can say that my daily pain has faded into the background as I have worked hard in class to grow stronger. The staff is cheerful, helpful, and supportive of accommodations where needed; and the community is positive and affirming. Their unlimited membership plan affords me great flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to visit other studios in their group. This means I can enjoy classes with friends who attend other studios. I love CP!
