I've seen phlebotomists talking to either other donors or other phlebotomists while trying to stick the needle in my arm. I won't say who but it's generally most of the staff. On another note, rather than saying "next" for vitals, you should call donors based on scanning their barcode. That way it'll prevent donors cutting in line, I've seen it happen a lot and then arguments happen.
