  I Switched over from CSL Plasma, Biggest Mistake of my Life, This place is horrible, got deferred after my first donation, because the KED plasma app said I could come and donate that day, so they Deferred me, So Rude, Would not recommend for anyone going to CSL Plasma!!!

  This review will not reflect the staff & overall environment, only one wired individual who insists on power tripping over a mask. While being screened I pulled down my Mask so I can be identified, once identified the screener insisted I take off my mask, but gave me no clear reason. I still complied & took it off without hesitation, when I asked if I could put it back on she was already upset & said no, & told me it had to stay off, instantly starting to threaten me with a deferral. Also instantly getting the manager , who understandably had her back, but for reason I don't fully get, started making up rules to harass me and give me a hard time, or rather "help me, for my safety". When I asked to see see the rules a nurse told me I would have to show eyes, which my mask shows, & they would monitor my skin, which my mask also showed (Forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks), they said they had to monitor for chewing, but a mask literally stops me from eating, & they said they've had to ask people to open their mouth, & I also said I don't have a problem with that, if for any reason they thought I was eating, it's literally nothing to prove I'm not. They went through a hour of trouble just to "help" me well if the ladies at Ked are that desperate to see my hair I will follow your silly rules, but I also find your lack of self control & thirst for power pathetic. It's just a mask, & there's no real rule in place. You're just soft, & it is cute, but definitely not acceptable, or professional in a place of business. Please do better, if not for me, for yourself & other. P.S. LITERALLY everyone here is cool, I've been coming for almost a year & have never had trouble, or a issue, I actually love the environment they created, it's literally just 3 people, honestly 2 I feel the nurse was just doing her job, the screener & major definitely escalated, & made nothing into something, quiet Literally making up rules, to act live victims, to abuse "power"... Someone didn't donate... CONGRATULATIONS. Gg's Childish, & Pathetic. Whoever you two are I see you. <3 & Sorry my mask offends you, but please grown up. I understand my time means nothing to you, but that's what you're playing with. There was no danger, & no rules, just hate, from two miserable people.

  Honestly this place is a scam. They try to make up some lies about you need to be part of a special program to get paid the $55 and $60 plus the bonus after the first 4 times of donating which isn't true since they actually did give the proper payout the first bonus but only because I said something about it. The next donation after I was supposed to get $105, said was on the app. I spoke with some random supervisor named Yesenia and she herself said she wasn't going to do the payout and that the previous payout shouldn't have been made (the missing $20). Also in addition to the missing money she went on and lied about the next 4 donations are supposed to only be $55 each. Literally made that up on the fly. I wouldn't recommend going after the first 4. Not to mention the unprofessionalism from Yesenia over the phone trying to cut the call short saying something about attitude trying to make it a personal thing. On another note, they don't really tell you you need to stop going even if your hemoglobin levels are a little too low. But that's something else. In conclusion, if you still go after 4 donations you're getting scammed.

  I love the service given by Aracely,Marc and Ashley were very helpful on getting the process done with no complications stress free environment perfect to get your donations done here no where else highly recommend to stop by and get you commindatios here. Briana is the best handling that needle if anyone to do the job done right it's her.
