  Had a great experience with the ladies at Target optical today and thought I would give them a little shout out. Store manager, Lindsay Schroeder, was incredibly helpful in picking out frames and very friendly and easy to work with. Helped me find a pair that fit my needs and look great without breaking the bank. Highly recommend this spot and appreciate what they do!

  I enjoyed my experience! Vera helped me choose my glasses, did not rush me. I was treated friendly, professional, pleasant care. I'm so glad I came here. Very happy with my new glasses and great attention. Thank you!

  Lindsay is one of the most passionate professionals in the retail game. People like her are a dying breed: someone who makes you feel seen and cared about without feeling like you were exploited and robbed. She listens and makes recommendations I didn’t even realize I wanted until she pointed them out. If her team is half as knowledgeable and passionate as her, then this is the only place you need to go for glasses ever again. Highly recommended.

  I give these place a full zero star, but I have to put one to post. I ordered Ray ban glasses 1 month ago and was told I didn’t order any glasses when I came to speak to them in the store today. I told the lady she was the one who helped me put the order for Ray ban glasses. She took my measurements, insurance and calculated how much I have to pay and such. I was told there is a glitz in their system, and that she will put the order and that I will pay when I come back. I know I didn’t hallucinate and imagined I went to their optical doctor and ordered a ray ban glasses. I would have suck it up and waited for the glasses, if she would have owned it that she forgot to put the order. I was so upset I left. The lady keeps telling me I didn’t pay, so I didn’t order. I called back to talk to Chris who called me few days ago (I called last Wednesday 3/18 inquiring about the glasses. Chris couldn’t find the order, so he said he will reach out to someone else and will call me back.) I told the lady that Chris called and found my glasses order. I was told he is not working. I informed her, he said he found my order, the order I was told I didn’t not put. She proceeded to tell me it’s been since March 4 and that I need to come back re-measured and pay for the glasses. Now, I’m very upset with the treatment I received. I am a decent person and one that typically won’t even complain, but today I feel this person treated me like I’m a fool and someone that probably won’t care what happens. I have ordering glasses online from Zenni. I guess I’m better off ordering there again. It might take a month, but at least I’ll get some glasses. I will never, ever order glasses again from Target optical. I may even look for another doctor. That’s how bad this person made me feel today.
