Cancelled our appointment when we showed up due to a new policy to have a card on file that we were not notified about. They did not email, they said nothing when we called to confirm the day before, & did not let us add it while we were there before appointment. We'll be finding a new dermatologist moving forward.
Pretty disappointed overall with the level of care I received as a new patient. Firstly, I was booked with an MD and they sent a PA in to see me without saying so ahead of time. I have nothing against PAs or NPs at all but I expect transparency about which provider I’ll be seeing when I book an appointment.
Secondly, the clinician did not spend the amount of time with me as a new patient that would expect. The appointment felt rushed.
Lastly, I put my local pharmacy down on my paperwork and instead they went ahead and used their preferred mail order pharmacy which normally would be fine but this delayed the start of my treatment. It’ll be a week and a half I’ll have had to wait by the time I get my meds. If they’d just sent them to my local pharmacy I probably could’ve started same day. I don’t appreciate a delay in treatment for me, the patient, being the consequence for a clinic using their preferred pharmacy to preserve whatever relationship it is they must have with this pharmacy. All for preferences but not at the expense of patient care. Not sure I’ll be back honestly.

I had a great experience with Amy! She was thorough, gentle, and really took the time to understand my skin. I felt comfortable, cared for, and appreciated how attentive she was to details. She even pointed out some veins on my nose that hadn't been mentioned before, which made me feel like I was truly in good hands. Looking forward to coming back. Every staff I encountered in the office was extremely pleasant. Thank you!
Unfortunately, I have never had a good experience here. They’re always rushed, short, or unwilling to help. I’ve brought my son here and he didn’t have a good experience. I’ve seen them personally, and didn’t have a good experience either. It’s really unfortunate because they’re so close to my home. But to have good service, I’m willing to drive!

Jennifer Jordan is amazing. I’ve purposefully continued to see her for well over a decade because of her incredible bedside manner and expertise. She has sincerely changed my life, and I am forever grateful.
I do not appreciate Sanova needing to keep my payment information on file. With data breaches happening DAILY with companies who needlessly maintain my personal information, the last thing I want or need is yet another company holding more information. The front desk person was also not knowledgeable about the other option, which is a $100 deposit, and made claims that my cost for services would be $100 more if I chose not to opt in. That doesn’t sound like a deposit to me…
