While in the 2lane drive through @ the Rx I pulled up 1st, pushed the HELP Button, adviced to wait. Then a 2nd car eventually pulls up in the other lane & was helped immediately. Respecting folks Time should be Equal across the board. These Reviews help me to plan where I receive service & I hope mine help people stay aware of the disregard.
- ARA RamirezMay 23, 20251.0Lady at prescription drop off was extremely rude. I didn't know she could search up secondary insurance, and she told me she had it, but didn't look at my card. I asked if I had to give her any info and she said no. I asked how she had it and her response was a snarky "I don't think you're hearing me." I told her she didn't have to be rude that I was didn't know how it all worked to which she responded "I'm not being rude you're not hearing me," as she tapped her nails on the counter. Not a good experience at all.
