Opening on time is not a favor but is a part of the service that is being paid for. I plan my mornings around the time of “open,” though that is, sadly, rarely the reality. As many others, I have a limited amount of time due to my own obligations and responsibilities that I couldn’t fathom being tardy too…much less would my tardiness be tolerated. I have hesitated to write a review but this has been the most unprofessional gym I’ve ever experienced when it comes to the employees respecting their member’s time and opening according to schedule. Today I waited for over 20 minutes for someone to show up, at which point I gave up due to a lack of time. At this point, 7:20, there were still no employees in sight, in addition to plethora of other members patiently waiting.
