  I would definitely recommend coming into this facility for wisdom extraction I was very nervous going in but the doctor was amazing and staff were very nice as well. The procedure was very smoothly once I woke up they were done and did not excessive pain after and a very well recovery everything went great and healed pretty quick.

  I just called this office and had a horrible experience with their front desk personnel. To begin with, the lady who was responsible for taking down my information seemed to be having a hard time understanding the information I was providing via telephone. Furthermore, they require you to provide a social security number via telephone or in person for an appointment, and I don't understand why this is a policy to schedule an appointment, especially when I have medical and dental insurance with a member ID number. When I asked why this was a policy, I was transferred to someone else who was very rude who stated, "Now, I'm taking over the call and we cannot make an appointment with your social security number." There was no explanation of the why behind this policy so I let her know that I would not be leaving a SSN to secure an appointment. I'm sure the doctor is great but his front office staff is horrible.

  I was referred to Dr Craig by a dental office where I had what could be described as a nightmare so I was reluctant to follow the referral, stepping out on faith I went to my consultation and was instantly relieved and reassured by Dr Craig. The day of my surgery the entire staff made me and my father feel completely comfortable. My oral surgery was quick and presicse. Dr Craig and his staff took great care of me and made sure I had all I needed post op. I will be referring anyone who ask to South Houston, my children included.

  I had a really great experience with Dr.Craig and his staff. They’re all really friendly and understanding. I was pretty nervous the day of my surgery but he calmed me down along with his staff. They do amazing work and make sure you’re okay after as well. Call it what you want, but that’s great service! I would definitely recommend ^^
