  I got my blood lab done today by Kristine and I love the way she helped me on my visit her hand was really soft and it seemed like she knew what she was doing great service I will highly recommend this place especially if you're looking for something affordable.

  During my visit to the Quest Diagnostics laboratory located at the Randalls store on Broadway/Pearland in February, I informed the staff that the test was for employee purposes. However, they proceeded to file it under my physician, Subsequently, my employer requested a duplicate test order because they had not received the initial results. I then visited another Pearland location, where the process was completed. I am now being billed $250.00 or $400.00 for this examination. I request that you investigate this matter and rectify this significant error made by your staff. I must also express that the customer service at this location was unsatisfactory, and I will not return. I kindly request that this bill be removed.

  Cherrell was excellent. I ALWAYS go to that location because the techs are Outstanding. I’m a hard stick and I NEVER EVER wait more than 5 minutes to be seen.

  Shameika did my blood draw and she’s very good! It was fast and smooth. Check in too was fast. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. I am very satisfied with this visit!

  I have used this location several times in the past two years. My first two visits were very good. The tech did an amazing job. Unfortunately she left this location. My next visit was pure hell. The first tech stuck me three times, she called in another tech and he stuck me two times before getting a vein. I don't have bad veins and if your job entails drawing blood, you should be pretty adept at the job. I am due for another lab test and it will NOT be at this location.
