Everyone is courteous and Ms. Unitra was so nice and knowledgeable and answered my questions. I could tell they were short and busy due to my experiences in general at my own job, but yet they were still were so polite and nice and very efficient. She was extremely empathetic to hearing my life as she was working and never slowing down. She's amazing! I hope this job takes care of her, she's a fantastic worker!

Nurse that took my blood (sorry I cannot remember her name) had excellent bedsiide manners, was very professional and showed a genuine interest in what I was there for. I was at Quest at the Krogers in Pealand. Highly recommend this Quest facility for blood work.

Definitely recommend!! The employees were great!! (Sorry I didn’t get their names). The lady drew my blood no problem. Fast, quick, easy, and loved it!! If I have to have any lab work done, I’ll definitely be going back to this location.
I had a frustrating experience at the Quest Diagnostics location inside Randalls in Pearland today. I arrived at 4:45 PM with lab orders in hand, aware the location closes at 5:00 PM. The waiting area was completely empty, and two employees were standing talking amongst themselves.
When I attempted to check in, I was asked if I had an appointment. After I said no, I was told they were no longer taking patients. I checked the time and confirmed it was still 4:45 PM, which should reasonably allow enough time for a simple lab check-in.
When I asked what time they stop taking patients, the employee looked at the time and said “around 4:40.” There was no posted sign or notice indicating a walk-in cutoff time, which made the situation frustrating and confusing as a patient.
It felt like the decision to stop accepting patients was made arbitrarily rather than based on a clearly communicated policy. While the employee suggested another location that closes at 5:30, patients should be able to rely on the posted hours of operation at the location they visit.
