After waiting for a while, the associate handed me my glasses along with a blank pickup form and asked me to sign it. She said she’d “fill it out later,” which immediately felt wrong. You should never alter a patient’s record after the fact. When I got home and set up the glasses, I noticed a defect in the lens and that they didn’t fit correctly in the frame. I emailed the store and never got a response. I called, but the voicemail was full. I tried the chat feature and no one ever came on to help. When I called customer service via phone I was on hold for over an hour before I had to hang up and go back to work. I’m still trying to get help from customer service with no luck. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually stands behind their products and cares about their customers.
