- HXHtx XthFeb 28, 20264.0The doctor was great and encouraged questions. The store, took more than a week to get my glasses, i had to call and follow up. On the other hand, it took 3-4 days from order to delivery for me to get glasses from a different online retailer.

She has a ton, A TON of energy, she’ll make you feel exceeding comfortable with her candor, and talk you through things scientifically but will also break things down in Lamens Terms. She’s pretty dope and I appreciate her and her team everytime I come through. Very professional, very kind, and caring as a whole.
- BTBerti TFeb 23, 20263.0I came to this business for an eye exam and to order contacts. I debated whether to write this review, but due to my experience, I feel it’s necessary. I will not be returning. The doctor was excellent; however, the unprofessional behavior of one of the front desk staff members completely overshadowed my visit. After my exam, I waited to order contacts. The receptionist, Tina, was dismissive and unhelpful. She was rude and made it clear that my questions were an inconvenience. Each time I attempted to ask for clarification, she interrupted me and said she didn’t know before I could even finish speaking. When I asked about the recommended eye drops, she told me to go to a pharmacy and ask an employee there. I was simply trying to confirm the brand name, but she repeatedly cut me off and appeared eager to rush me out. Before leaving, I still had one final question. However, she stepped outside and did not return. I waited for some time and even considered asking another staff member if I was interrupting their lunch, but she was assisting another customer. With no one available to help, I left. It’s disappointing that one staff member’s behavior negatively impacted what otherwise could have been a positive experience. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

The wait time to be seen for my appointment is typically pretty short, and the staff is friendly, both in person and on the phone. Dr. Nguyen is very personable and listens to any concerns. I don’t feel rushed or pressured to buy eyeglasses from them but I normally do. They usually have a lot of cute & affordable frame options to choose from.
