    I called this Pharmacy after a horrible experience with another Kroger Pharmacy and the person I spoke here cared, called the other place, called me back and stated she would check on it tomorrow and call me back! A medication I've been on for 8 years striaght and from the same doctor and only fillnig it at King Scoopers / Kroger. amazing! Medication is peoples LIFE and their ability to live and enjoy it. The other Kroger Pharmacy should be a shamed, but I doubt they care.

    The only reason this review is not one star is because when I do interact with the staff and the pharmacist they are very nice and friendly. However, helpful and organized, they are not. Will be definitely be sending my refills to a different location after this. Otherwise terrible service. They would say that they could fill prescriptions, then I would wait the hour for them and they wouldn't have them filled when I would go back to get them. They would then "check on" the prescription I would wait another hour before they would tell me they didn't even have the medication in stock and I would have to wait another 24-48 hours for them to fill it. This happened at least twice. There were other times there would be an issue with a medication and they told me 4x that they would call me back about the issue. Never once received a call or any notification about the status of that refill. I had to either call myself or go to the pharmacy to check on the status. Once it took me 4 days to get a medication. Even now I called about an auto-refill that was supposed to happen 2 days ago that I got no notification for and was told that the system had reset itself and I have to come in to put myself back on the notification list. However, I was never notified that that might be an issue.
