  If you are looking to fill prescriptions that you NEED in order to function, don't send them here. I had a doctor send an extremely important prescription that I desperately need to this location. The following day, I went to see if it landed and to get a price check. After asking my name and date of birth and fumbling around in the system for several minutes they said they had no information regarding my prescription. I showed them my prescription on the quick MD app, after which they magically found it somehow. They quoted me a price higher than I expected, so I attempted to get the prescription filled at another location. I was unable to do so due to unrelated circumstances, so the following day I came back to Kroger to just pick up the prescription at the price they quoted the previous day. Same deal - they couldn't find the prescription until I showed them my app. After they finally found it, they let me know that they did not have the medication in stock and would not have it in until Monday at minimum. (It is a Friday and this is a medication I need to take twice daily.) I had called them earlier in the day and requested a 4:30 p.m. pick up time for my medication. It was confirmed in their automated system. Where did it go? Was it ever there? Zero compassion from the person at the pickup window, I even picked up a little bit of humor in his expression. I'm glad my existential dread and anxiety brought you a little bit of joy. I otherwise love my local Kroger, but this pharmacy is run by kindergartners. STAY AWAY!!!

  We switched to this pharmacy from the Kroger on Cullen due to errors and poor communication. This one is no different. I ordered 4 refills yesterday. My husband picked up 3 today without knowing better. I called to find out where the missing one was. I was on hold for so long, I had to hang up. No explanation, no communication. I had my husband call back. Apparently, they were out of my RX and need to order more. They just never mentioned it. Incompetent

  I love Kelsey. She the sweetest pharmacist and always makes sure I’m taken care of. Such a kind young lady.
