Refuse give me counsel on a oxi pain medication I never taken before even after i say to them it is on the label. Just totally ignored my request.

- CHCathy HughesMay 9, 20161.0I've gotten used to HEB never having the prescription I need, but tonight takes it to a new level. I dropped off scripts at 4:30. Was told to come back at back at 7. I got there and the drive thru was blocked off. I went in thru the exit, called them and they said they were backed up so they closed the drive thru. I was barefooted with a dog in the car so they did open the window to let me get my scripts. Why advertise hours if you are not going to honor them? What has happened to customer service? I always try to call in renewals a couple of days early, but these were issued today! I'm sick to death of big insurance and pharmacy companies holding us hostage.
