The instructor,CONNIE, wasn’t any better — this was my very first Pilates class, and I made that clear, but she offered little to no guidance or support. It was obvious I was struggling with my form, and when I raised my hand for help, she brushed me off and insisted I was “doing it right,” even though I felt no resistance at all. Her attitude came across as lazy and dismissive, as if beginners were an inconvenience. I felt small, ignored, and completely unsupported throughout the class. I even left a few minutes early, and she didn’t acknowledge it or check on me during the entire class. The lack of basic customer service and care here is disappointing. I would never recommend this studio, especially for beginners.

When I no longer had a studio to attend classes, I reluctantly walked over to Club Pilates. I was scared because of all of the "I can't because_____." Since day 1, I was challenged based on my individual ability and I have excelled beyond anything I ever expected. If you have ever thought of going to Club Pilates, do it today. The first class is free. You'll love how you feel.
