  I hate leaving negative reviews but potential customers of Club Pilates need to know this before signing up for a membership. I've been requesting to have my membership canceled since January 2026. I've texted, emailed, called and even went to the studio but they still haven't canceled my membership. They charged me yet again even after saying they canceled back in Feb. That was the only time someone actually responded to my request. I followed their rules of giving a 30 day cancelation notice but here we are 90 days later and they're still ignoring me. Don't sign up here if you expect good customer service and communication.

  I love this studio! The instructors are amazing and Amanda the GM is awesome! Do yourself a favor and go to her cardio sculpt class. Thank me later! Can’t say enough good things about the entire team here. 😊

  I am so happy this club opened in our area! Being a senior, I was worried about keeping up but instructors are so helpful and patient! I can tell a difference in my energy level, my morning aches and pains and my flexibility. Certain areas are getting firmer! It is an addicting workout. Everyone is so nice and friendly and look happy to see you walk in the door! Highly recommend Club Pilates East!

  My first time attending at Pilates Club, the studio is very nice and everyone was very friendly, GM Nakita (sorry if that is spelled wrong) spent ample time talking with me about the different options and was very friendly. The into class is definitely into level so looking forward to a full class soon! I do wish the trainer would have went into depth a little more about the types of classes they offer and what they are since I’m new to Pilates just the name doesn’t mean much.

  LOVE this studio and all of the instructors! It’s in a convenient location, clean, and tons of positive vibes. I look forward to each class as I am encouraged and supported to do my best each time.
