  Dr Almed has been my Dr for over a year and a half great enough that I have referred others to his care. Unfortunately my most recent experience has left me totally unhappy with the Shadow Creek office. I delivered a form from the state that needed medical information but the office informed me it would be 5 days before it would be ready. I waited and waited and 15 days later still no letter nor return calls from the office. I called and always transferred to the front desk and could only leave a message. Finally on 9th April I reached someone and they promised by noon the matter would be resolved and she would call. 3pm no call so I called back they said they were working on it . Staff reassured me by close of business the letter would be faxed on my behalf to the proper agency. Morning of the 10th I called the agency no fax from the Drs office Because of the phone games from the Shadow Creek Office I called the corporate office, as I was explaining my case the rep there knew about the form and said she would fax it over ASAP. MY concern if the corporate office had the form why did the Shadow Creek Office not send it as promised. This is just a testimony of what happen with me thankfully the corporate office stepped in.. IT IS A MATTER OF TRUST not jus about ones health but the well being of a patient.... THE BALL WAS DROPPED I DO HAVE THE NAMES OF ALL OF THE PEOPLE THAT I SPOKE WITH THERE BUT I AM NOT HERE TO BASH THEM BUT TO MAKE OTHERS AWARE TO STAY ON TOP OF THEM IF RECORDS OR FORMS ARE NEEDED TO BE FILLED OUT. I WILL GIVE THANKS TO THERESA AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE FOR HER PROGRESSIVISM AND HELP. Again I think Dr Almed is a good doctor but please beware of the phone games and lack of concern of the Shadow Creek Office.

  Dr. Ahmed was nice and to the point young man. He immediately jumped in to get me the medication and care that l missed getting the last couple of years. The staff was very nice and helpful

  I love calling this location and talking to the receptionist Lovely. She is so sweet and kind. I also love coming to see Dr. Ahmed, because he is the best PCP ever.
