I recently went in to select a pair of glasses and Joseph made the process so easy. He was kind, made my family and I feel welcomed & comfortable. He understood our insurance and guided us on how it worked. We have been going to this same optical to get our glasses for at least 5 years now and their kindness is what keeps us coming back. They are doing a great job.
