The associate at the counter (she was wearing glasses) told me they "couldn't adjust plastic frames" and that I would need to return them. This was incorrect information. My frames are standard acetate frames that are routinely adjusted by heat by any trained optical staff. I confirmed this with both Oakley and another optical location, who adjusted them in less than 2 minutes with no issues. I didn't appreciate being given the wrong information and told my only option was to return the glasses. Hopefully, management will use better training or oversight to help customers receive accurate guidance and basic adjustments without being turned away. ***Also, I emailed the email that they commented under this review and no response. I’m sure they only commented that to make it look like they care. DO NOT COME TO THIS TARGET OPTICAL. If your glasses don’t fit right they will not adjust them!
