- AKA KJul 1, 20251.0This is the absolute worst pharmacy around. Not only does Kroger have wack hours… opens at 9 on weekdays, and also actually closes, shuts down for 30 minutes between 1-1:30. ???? (Yall can’t stagger shifts like everyone else?) but this particular Kroger pharmacy has the most unprofessional pharmacists, opening more than ten minutes late waaaay too often. I’ve been there to pick up prescriptions for a sick baby and had to wait an extra 13 minutes bc they open late. My husband was recently forced to switch from HEB pharmacy bc his monthly prescription is on back order and this Kroger happened to have it…last month he went to pick it up about 1:15 not at all thinking they would be closed at that time and had to wait an extra 15 minutes after 1:30 for them to finally open the window back up. This month he went in in the morning and waited 11 minutes after opening while one of the pharmacy employees was also there waiting on the pharmacist to open! And even after they finally opened he still didn’t actually recieve his prescription until 9:18…It would be one thing if we were waiting for a shop to open and had to wait fifteen minutes but this is MEDICINE and once your Dr sends in a script they’re not resending it somewhere else. Do better, because this is absolutely unacceptable. *The pic is me calling at 9:04 and it ringing for two minutes with no one picking up during open hours.
