They've sent prescriptions back because we hadn't been there before and didn't think a courtesy call to verify that we did indeed want the prescription sent to this location due to us moving. They just sent it back, I'm shocked that they had that audacity to make that unliteral decision. These are medications we need and we are disregarded because they are too busy or self absorbed in thinking they know better. 3 times I have had problems with this pharmacy. I need breathing treatments and the prescription was sent in this morning. I've received nothing from them notifying me they received it. I called my doctor's office and they sent it over at 9am. We are in the program to receive text on prescription notifications. Yet, I got nothing from them. Truly sad how little they care.
