  So today I went in and me being a new customer not knowing what to do. Clearly the lady in the front was there and I know she saw me standing there. Maybe, she thought I was doing something in my phone. But a regular person in the work industry clearly will ask a customer/patient for f they are in need of assistance. Well nope negative no help from no one just looked at me and kept going. I understand everyone is busy but if your busy just attend to the person needing help and say “I’ll be with you in second” I’ve never had experience this type of situation and I pray this is not how y’all are handling y’all’s customers. Please be more diligent with everyone who walks through that door. Thank you.

  The place is professional the employees are fantastic. It's the quickest plasma place ever and it's no stress very relaxing.

  I love this place so much it’s the only place I go and the staff is amazing, I would recommend 100000000% but I do have to say but when it comes to giving bonuses such as 7th donation bonuses. Us as donors are expecting it that day , as we probably need It to help with giving things for dinner , gas , etc. you never know but every time I get a bonus I literally have to wait 2 days both last times and call feeling like im begging! That is th only thing that is frustrating, the staff is the best ever but it’s unfair for managers who are supposed to issue by the end of the day and they don’t !
