While Dr. Beau has always provided excellent care, the conduct of the Lab Technician and Ms. Veronica, who identified herself as the practice manager, was unacceptable. After waiting 45 minutes, the Lab Technician attempted to call patients by guessing their names instead of spelling them out. When I stood up and asked her to spell the name, she responded with “going once, going twice, next patient,” which was dismissive and disrespectful.
I contacted the office afterward, and Ms. Veronica returned my call with no courtesy or customer service. Her tone was rude, and she repeatedly stated, “It wasn’t your turn,” rather than addressing the issue or showing concern. This level of disrespect does not reflect the professionalism expected in a medical setting.
