- JBJennifer B.Jan 13, 20251.0The pharmacy has some of the rudest women with the most dullest personalities ever!! They are the same in person and on the phone. If you don’t want to work stay home!! Sometimes you can’t get anyone to answer the phone. When you have customers face to face it takes less energy to smile and greet them, then it does to frown and look at them like you wish they would have stayed home. I know I have zero tolerance for rudeness and I’ve had to keep my mouth shut a couple of times, I’m genuinely a nice woman but I can match their energy just the same. Be kind to customers at the counter and drive thru and be nice over the phone.
