If it ain't one thing it's another with this place. The most recent issue has been that they have decided they won't fill prescriptions for tele-health doctors!! Which is flat out ridiculous! The whole point of tele-health is the convenience of it, especially for people who you know, HAVE JOBS. They had no problem with tele-health during the pandemic and we were all told to NOT go to doctors offices, but apparently now, this pharmacy has decided they no longer need these kinds of doctors. Doesn't make sense does it???

Each time I have had a prescription called in at this place it forever takes them a day or two to fill it. I'm so sick of of my doctor office using this place. Their customer service is just rude speaking today with a lady you can answer tomorrow after telling her that my prescription was called in yesterday morning 24 hours later still not ready then it's not like y'all make it the most right there but you got to do is box it up back it up full customer service and use them another pharmacy if you have the options.

About the rudest phone conversation I've ever had. The pharmacy lady was so rude and hung up on me. Told me "don't send any of my prescription there, she won't help me. She isn't taking any new patents I asked why and she said don't matter we ain't doing it. I've never in my life had someone so rude about it and the tone in her voice. You've lost me as a customer and shopper of any kind, grocery or your pharmacy side.
