- OWoliver wilsonOct 15, 20255.0these people work as fast as they can at a busy pharmacy. Be patient. We all want our prescriptions now but we cant always get what we want. Contrary to popular belief, we are not the center of the universe. instant gratification is overrated and over expected.

My prescription required prior authorization and they kept saying they couldn’t do it my doctor had to. I asked if they could call and talk to my Doctor so that maybe they could clear it up with them and figure out who needs to do what. Not only did they not call the doctor the lady was rude interrupting me and talking over me .After 3 weeks of getting no where I found and Neighborhood Pharmacy in Andrews Tx I had it transferred to Neighborhood pharmacy and they got the prior Authorization in less than 30 minutes . Which H-E-B hadn’t done in 3 weeks time. No to mention they delivered it to my house.
