Our prescriptions are rarely available the day of-- sometimes even after calling ahead and being assured medication would be ready for pick-up. Yesterday, I was told to come back today to pick up some amoxicillin (!) for my daughter, and today I was asked to come back tomorrow or else pick up in Hurst. We've had too many similar experiences over the past 5 years and are now moving on. Too bad.
