They are also flexible when it comes to matching patient and care giver. If a situation occurs they fix it immediately. I have used their services on 2 different occasions over the years. Both times I was very pleased with their services.

Mom passed away in September. HomeInstead delivered everything they promised and more. Very responsive to last minute needs. All companions were great. Staff were also great. Very efficient at their jobs. Always friendly and willing to assist you with your needs,schedules, etc. Highly recommend HomeInstead. Will definitely use them for any future needs and will refer them to my friends.
