Ray was incredibly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my feet, including how my plantar fasciitis (which my foot doctor had already diagnosed) was being aggravated—especially after surgery I had on my right foot back in July, which ended up putting more strain on my left foot during recovery. The assessment process was smooth and comfortable. He did a scan, had me use the foot massager, and carefully walked me through every step so I truly understood the why behind the pain—not just the solution. What truly amazed me was that by the time I walked out of the store, I could actually walk with ease. The relief was so overwhelming that I was literally in tears.
