Had a great experience here with Russell taking care of us. My mother has been struggling with plantar fasciitis and arthritis for years now and immediately noticed the difference. Great customer service overall.

Saturday Dec 6,2025 Would not recommend for disabilities! Was not pleased with my visit what so ever. I stopped in to check it out and see what services the store had to offer. And I said that when I was greeted so it was clear I was looking for more info. I had come in to get more info because I’m looking for better foot support for my father who is an amputee. The man working asked what he was dealing with and I told him. I’m not sure if it was a disconnect because he didn’t understand. But my concerns were highly disregarded. He told me they sold them in pairs and “he wouldn’t need that” which was a punch to the gut for me. I understand he only has one leg but he still has to have a shoe on each foot. Then he proceeded to tell me plainly that it wouldn’t work. With no education to help explain. The lack of knowledge working at a place like this was quite surprising. I’m not here to get foot support for his prosthetic. I’m here to get support for the foot he does have because it now supports his body in completely different ways and I want him to be comfortable. This man had no empathy or understanding. I didn’t know going to a designated FOOT store that I would be treated like this for seeking help. Left defeated and extremely upset. If this store didn’t provide services that would be beneficial to my situation that is completely okay but the blatant disregard and telling me it just wouldn’t work is wrong and horrible for sales.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
