Drive thru is unreasonablely slow. Last time it took 20min one car was there and one waiting when I drove up. Considering changing pharmacies. It shouldn't take that long. It wasn't the first time. Please take note. Thank you.

I would highly recommend you DO NOT use this pharmacy. Prescription sent in 3 days ago and they have not even started working on it. I went in to check again and they haven't even ordered enough to fill the 90 day scrip..I asked if they can do a 30 day just so I can get the meds and they tell me they will try to have it done in about 30 min if I sit there and wait. This is not the first time I've had an issue like this here. USE CVS!!

As a former retail pharmacist and pharmacy manager, I feel qualified to comment on my experience at this location. Four fast-moving acute prescriptions were called in simultaneously early in the morning for my wife. Throughout the day, we were told that two had been filled while the remaining two were “in process.” About an hour before closing, I returned to ask about the status of the remaining prescriptions and was told the pharmacist had not yet gotten to them. Understanding the realities of retail pharmacy, I left to shop and returned before closing. During that hour, despite the pharmacy being fully staffed, I observed significant activity with little meaningful progress. When my name was called, only the same two prescriptions had been completed; the remaining two had not been worked on at all. This was not due to staffing, inventory, or insurance issues, but rather deficiencies in workflow management, skills, and execution. The pharmacist on duty was also the pharmacy manager, and the responsibility for this outcome rests with him. I sincerely hope he takes this feedback constructively and improves his operational and managerial effectiveness moving forward.

Taking 3-4 days to fill a prescription that is in-stock is NOT OK! Their phone menu is terrible, they do not respond to voicemails, setting up delivery on the APP was impossible and some techs can be pretty rude.
