  Taking 3-4 days to fill a prescription that is in-stock is NOT OK! Their phone menu is terrible, they do not respond to voicemails, setting up delivery on the APP was impossible and some techs can be pretty rude.

  Went to pick up medicine on Sunday 5th October 2nd October got text stating your medicine is ready for pickup. When I got there lady said you have nothing in system we argued and she said oh we have these we can fill . So now out of my way I have to go back to get my medicine today because I'm out.

  We've been using this pharmacy for several years now. For a long time, they did a really good job for us and treated us with compassion and respect. Several times in the past year, I have had trouble getting my mom's pain medicine. She is 85 years old with chronic pain for decades due to structural abnormalities from polio as a kid, as well as arthritis and nerve pain. The last time I talked to a representative about this a couple weeks ago, she totally blew me off. I've been fighting my mom's medical battles for ten years now. I don't have any patience left for lack of compassionate care.

  I dont know what is going on with this place, but Kroger should be completely embarrassed by the total disorganization and lack of patient care this place offers. I understand that when a doctor calls in a prescription same day I will need to wait, even if I am sick. But usually they dont even start on the prescriptions until after you arrive and they suddenly find it. Today was the last straw, after being a patient at this location for 8 years. I gave them 5 days from the time the dr sent them the prescription. I waited in their drive through like for half an hour to be told they were behind and it would be 45 minutes. How are they 5 days behind? I gave them 5 days of.time, and they didnt even attempt to fill it until I arrived and then they needed another 45 minutes.?!?! Seriously, dont waste your time. Go somewhere else- I will be.

  I transferred to this pharmacy thinking that the service would be quick than Walgreens or CVS. after my visit with my doctor - they said to go in about in 1.5 hr. When I showed up the gentleman who was the clerk said to wait another 30mins because it wasn’t ready . I went back and an older lady, with black hair -she looked Hispanic or middle eastern. She said wait another 30mins. I was tired of waiting in my car and went home to rest and woke up an hour before they closed - the woman who answered said they were not ready but if I can head there to pick them up , she will have them ready. Like are you serious?? Where is the urgency? For the people who are ill and are in pain. What if it was your mother or siblings. What was your staff up to in these past 5 hours? Not coming back to this location if this is the service we receive especially when spending our money.
