I was there for a yearly hearing test and to purchase new hearing aid which I needed to do. Both Dr Scarborough and Miss Silvy are very professional and on time and answering all my questions and said if I have any questions or concerns please reach out to them at any time.

She said well there needs to be a reason, have you injured it? I said no. She put me on hold for 17 min and then offered me an appointment in 2 weeks.

Then I took the 1st step toward hearing again with a screening by Dr. Scarbrough and I found her to be professional, caring, and oh so helpful. The bottom line is that now I can hear all that I was missing and I'm very thankful for her support. Dr. Scarbrough made this process alot easier than I thought it would be!
