StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab New Braunfels offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I will continue to work with her as I am so pleased with my progress. Very professional and friendly. Always concerned about how I am feeling. I just found them on a website and I am so thankful for that. They do run membership promotions. I myself will take a lower cost option to continue stretching. I really want to continue progressing. Check them out.

- ZLZipp LinersSep 8, 20251.0I had to share this terrible experience I had as a small business with this location. I delivered 5 brisket sandwiches to Stetch Lab in New Braunfels and the strech instructor was highly excited, told me how she ate at the restaurant before, loved the Oxtails and recommended it to everyone. I explained to them what specifically was in the order. After delivery I get a call 20 minutes later and the same instructor complained about the sandwiches and told me all of these horrible unprofesstional things. I felt like one moment she was happy and the next very upset. The experience was like Jeckle and Hyde. Anyway I apologize and refunded the food. Where the problem is, I pretty much got ripped off giving them free food after they spoke so highly about my small business. I think they just wanted free food. I recommend people go to other Stetch Lab locations, because the New Braunfels location likes to Rip small businesses off! We will never deliver there again! Very unprofessional staff there!
