  I have never left a review before, but I used this company for 2 years and I couldn’t not leave a review. I have never worked with a company like this where everyone is so passionate about what they are doing and how they genuinely care, from the office staff to the caregivers. I met this company at the Alzheimer’s walk. It took me a year to make the decision to move forward and it was the best decision I made. This company and the caregiver became a part of our family. They exceeded my expectations from day one and throughout the entire 2 years. For example, I asked the caregiver to take my mom for a walk. She made sure she had on the rights shoes, a jacket in case she was cold or sunscreen, chapstick, and hat depending on the time of year. They would do arts and crafts or bake together. As my mom’s illness progressed the caregiver would adjust to what my mom needed. She always met her where she was at. The attention to detail was always amazing. It got to the point to where my mom needed 24/7 care and it was time to move her to a care home. It’s been about 8 months since we used Home Instead, but to this day my mom still asks for her caregiver. A huge thank you to Karla for the professionalism and communication. And the BIGGEST thank you to Dora. You were angel sent to us!! I will be forever grateful for what you did for my mom and our family! You are truly a blessing. And we miss you so much!!

  The company is well-run. All the staff members are friendly and nice. The caregivers do their job and are kind to my husband. They leave notes and offer helpful suggestions.

  My family is on a hospice journey with my 90 year old mom and we needed help. In mid Oct 2015, I contracted Home Instead Senior Care in NB, Tx and have been extremely pleased with there support. Home Instead made great effort to determine and support our family needs as mom was discharged from the hospital. As moms health changed, family support needs changed and Home Instead supported that new need. Care givers are qualified as promised, prompt in arriving at my home, and support mom's needs in a caring way. Home Instead's case manager team is fantastic. They want to support the family and develop trust. Quality care/support is what Home Instead still provides mom and my family.
