  I use HEB Pharmacy. I was in there today, there was an issue with my insurance. I gave 5stars because of the pharmacy tech Lisa. In my opinion she went out of her way to get my prescriptions filled. Thank you Lisa!

  Robert was extremely unhelpful. My sick wife called in right when they open at 8 to see when her prescriptions for her swollen lung were going to be ready. They said it would be ready within 30 minutes. I drive over and get there at 8:15 to pick it up. Guy at the counter (Robert) tells me we have one ready the other will be ready shortly please wait in the chair and we'll call you up when it's ready. So I take a seat and wait to be called patiently. After 45 minutes of sitting there i get up to see what the issue is. Of course the meds I was waiting on were ready 30 minutes before i got up to check again. He didn't let any of his coworkers know i was waiting there. He just gave me attitude, forgot about me, and went about his day as if i was just figment of his imagination. DONT rely on this HEB for customer service. Robert shows up to work with a disinterested attitude and what it seems like a distain for the fellow human being.

  My daughter has a heart condition so her cardiologist consistently prescribes her chewable asprin and every time we get a call that its ready and we go to pick it up the lady at the counter always says "its just an OTC medication and its not even expensive." Im VERY aware of that but her doctor always prescribes it so we arent constantly paying for it since she needs it and its covered by her insurance. This is the only HEB pharmacy I have ever had an issue with.

  HEB pharmacy did not have prescription ready when it had been there for 3 days. They claim it was because of needing a prior otherization but this medication is not covered even if I had one. I pay cash every month. I told them that the first time I got it. I have not had a problem for over a year then today an empoloyee tells me it needs prior otherization again I told her I always pay cash and it doesn't need one. I akd why it wasn't ready like it always is. She processed to tell me this is what happens every time they always try to put it through insurance first. But it this has no ot happened since the first time I picked it up so this is my ot true. It is always readyy husband has picked it up fore and it is always ready. Now I have to make another trip into town to get my prescription. I don't live close.
