I've been a customer for at least 20 years. What I appreciate most is how personable they are. They care about each customer. I always look forward to saying hello to the staff when I'm in the store, even if I'm not picking up prescriptions. At times, state laws or insurance requirements make filling prescriptions at convenient times impossible. Kroger tries their best to be as helpful as possible within the constraints of regulations and requirements. I appreciate their efforts.
