  They should really look at how their employees treat people who come in for testing. Danika (according to her) called my name in, she didn’t say it right and didn’t even spell it right, so I had no idea that she was calling my name. I had to guess, and then she started showing attitudes. I made two appointment next to each other (10 min apart) and she said my 3:40 appointment is not until later, that I’m way at the bottom of the list. I had to reschedule the tests on Monday and she wasn’t nice at all. I always come here for my testing needs. But not anymore! Terrible customer service. The attitude was awful. Stay away!

  Briana was amazing! From the moment she opened the door, called my name, entered my lab information and drew my blood, she was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and confident in the entire exchange with me. I absolutely hate going into a lab and my usual choice is LabCorp. Lab appointments can be a stressful process for various reasons, including the anticipation of what the staff's attitude will be like. Briana, did not disappoint and I am glad that I chose to come to Quest. I have not used Quest since 2019 because of a prior bad experience with a bad attitude staff member. However, I will rebook at this Quest the next time my doctor orders labwork.

  The phlebotomist, Yany, that came to my home was very rude and kept insinuating I did drugs due to not being able to find my veins due to scarring not knowing I’ve been hospitalized before and I kept telling her I don’t do drugs and never did Her and her ugly bedazzled shoes and she’s 40 something. Don’t go to someone’s house and thinking they’re on drugs just cause they suck at their job and can’t find a vein.

  I was a work in. I got there at 10 minutes after 10 AM. I was called back at five minutes till 1 PM. When they called me back, they said there were no orders, said you would have to wait out there for 10 minutes and call your doctors office. I said I will not do that. I will change doctors that use A different facility. After I said that I said, give me my drivers license back, then the young lady found a fax , after several several minutes, she proceeded to draw the blood . No personality no I’m sorry. I will report this to the doctor and I will change doctors if they continue to use this facility !!!!! I worked 35 years in the Medical field. I have had blood drawn many many times this is totally unacceptable.!!!!

  I barely had to wait with a appointment. The technician did an amazing job. She was very professional and personable. I'm usually scared to death to give blood, and I barely felt a thing.
