StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Murphy offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- KHKaren HullFeb 5, 20265.0I Love Stretch Lab Murphy! I had knee replacement and shoulder rotator cup surgeries within the last two years. After joining Stretch Lab, doing weekly 50-minute sessions, has helped me improve my muscle health, joint flexibility, and most important my range of motion. My flexologist, Diane is wonderful. She makes you feel comfortable. She always checks in on your pain levels (the 1-10 scale) and adjusted to your comfort. Super person! After my stretches, I feel looser, have better range of motion, and I always sleep better that night. The environment and staff are wonderful! The whole crew...Barry, Diane, Anthony, Kristie, Damien, Stephen, Kynnedi, and Landry are always happy and very welcoming when you step into the shop. This studio is clean and I highly recommend if you struggle with tightness.
