  There is a reason why this pharmacy has a 3.3 star rating. I have had decent service in the past. But today my wife was standing in line to pick up a prepaid prescription. When she got to the counter she was told they were closed, and there was nothing they could do and she would have to come back tomorrow. And yet they were still serving customers in the drive through. It was prepaid, she was inline before closing time and it was one minute after closing! We are taking our business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same if that is what they call customer (non)service! 😠

  Excellent pharmacy and a super pharmacist. She helped me get one of my prescriptions affordable enough to where I can start taking it again. That’s a busy store and she graciously took time out of her day to do this for me. Top Notch!! Thank you!

  I'D LIKE TO SAY I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS H-E-B PHARMACY SINCE THEY OPENED. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. THE STAFF THE GROCERY STORE EVERYONE IS SO NICE VERY VERY NICE AS A MATTER OF FACT. AS A MATTER OF FACT I'M THE ONE THAT COMES TO THEM WITH PROBLEMS OF MY OWN.. MY HUSBAND IS A DIABETIC. I'VE FORGOTTEN TO CALL HIS PRESCRIPTION AND IF ANYBODY KNOWS WHEN YOU'RE A DIABETIC YOU HAVE TO CALL THAT PRESCRIPTION IN SOON. MANY TIMES I HAVE FAILED TO DO THAT. MY DOCTOR DOES NOT ALLOW THE PHARMACY TO CALL THEM. THE PATIENT HAS TO CALL AND SAY I NEED A REFILL. WELL AFTER DINNER ON FRIDAY YOU CAN'T CALL THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE YOU SURE CAN'T ON THE WEEKENDS. AND THEY HAVE TAKEN CARE OF ME AND MY HUSBAND THEIR GREAT. THANK YOU SO MUCH H-E-B THE PHARMACY THE STORE ALL OF Y'ALL I APPRECIATE Y'ALL VERY MUCH!!!😀 CAN I SAY READ THESE REVIEWS, EVERYONE'S ENTITLED TO THEIR OPINION. I CAN TELL YOU THOUGH THE ONES THAT ARE VERY RUDE ON HERE IF I HAD AS MUCH PROBLEMS WITH THIS PHARMACY IF YOU ARE SAYING WHY WOULD YOU COME THERE.. I WILL SAY THIS ANYBODY THAT SAYS HEB IS RUDE I DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY'RE SAYING. I CAN GO TO BAYTOWN H-E-B I CAN GO TO ANY HEB ONE THING THEY'RE NOT THAT IS RUDE. THEY WOULD BE IN SO MUCH TROUBLE I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT PERSON ARE PERSONS. YOU COULD SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM AND YOU WOULDN'T HAVE TO WRITE SO IT'S UGLY STUFF JUST SAYING!!!!!

  They did way better today. Thats why the 3 stars. I'm just a number. Just trying to get BP meds refilled. It's day 3 now and I'm told there's orders in front of me. I sat up there in the parking lot til they closed last night just hoping that text saying its ready would come through but no. I have a 'script, I have insurance and I got the money, let's do business. They're shorthanded or something. In the meantime I'm REALLY feeling the effects of it. Praying today will be the day.
