- JCJefd Clark4 days ago1.0I'm just a number. Just trying to get BP meds refilled. It's day 3 now and I'm told there's orders in front of me. I sat up there in the parking lot til they closed last night just hoping that text saying its ready would come through but no. I have a 'script, I have insurance and I got the money, let's do business. They're shorthanded or something. In the meantime I'm REALLY feeling the effects of it. Praying today will be the day.
- SBSarah BentonSep 7, 20251.0I’ve never had such terrible service as this HEB pharmacy. They are understaffed so the lines are ridiculous no matter what day or time you try to get your prescription. The staff is extremely rude as well. They’re always in a mood as if you’re inconveniencing them by showing up to get your prescriptions. Hate hate hate this pharmacy but it’s the only one in town.
- FTFrank TrapaniAug 12, 20251.0Drive thru closed in the middle of the day. Had a contractor there doing maintenance on the equipment. Sorry, but logic dictates that you take care of your customers first, and service your equipment during off hours. I didn’t drive 20 miles to have to park, get out and go wait in a line inside to get my prescriptions. My bad back prefers to go through the drive thru. Hey HEB… take care of the customer first !!! Do your maintenance when the pharmacy is closed!!!! And….. an HEB “partner” came out and made me back up out of line telling me that they “ would not take care of me” and refused to listen to anything I had to say…. This is NOT how you retain customers….

I wound up paying $540 for a prescription about a year ago because they didn't understand how to to back date a refill and the manufacturer discount wouldn't go through. Ok, no biggie, then they never have my dog's prescription on hand, ok. Most recent incident happened when my dog's veterinarian called in a prescription, and they took it upon themselves to not order it because it's expensive and wanted to make sure someone was willing to pay for it before they ordered it. I go up there thinking it's ready for pickup, because we'll wasn't the 1st time I picked it up from here and what do you know. They don't have it, have not ordered it and would not be there until next week. A simple phone call to me would have solved that. I will not be coming back to get my medications from here unless I absolutely have to.
