  Raul was super helpful! We were having trouble finding our insurance and he worked hard to find it. Very satisfied to be walking out with new frames at this location.

  Raul was very helpful! He helped my daughter and I pick out glasses and take advantage of all of the available discounts. I paid half of what another store quoted me for similar glasses and lenses.

  Miss Ivan lied about the glasses I wanted claimed my prescription was too big when it a low prescription for rimless glasses. Take a look at my prescription and you tell me if it is “too high”. Clearly they want people to spend more money. Claimed it was The Lab. Miss Ivan is her name. The man who handled my refund was professional but was rage baiting me as if I was lying about their ability to give me the glasses I wanted. There are two other women there they have great customer service one even tried helping me picking up another pair. Her name starts with a B I can’t remember. She is young and told me I could get whatever glasses i wanted. She deserves a raise for her customer service while Ivan tried to avoid helping me. Two Stars because the exam was quick another one for the young ladies with good service that I have met that work there. Do not go here. It was an inconvenience and the lack of communication is obvious. I purchased glasses before with Riana here it was never an “issue” with my prescription. If you do decide to purchase here hopefully it’s with Riana or another young lady not Ivan.
