  I had an amazing experience today. I went in absolutely terrified to have my wisdom tooth removed, especially being 32 weeks pregnant, but the dentist (Nam) was incredible. He made me feel calm, safe, and reassured the entire time. The extraction took less than 10 minutes, and it was handled so professionally and gently. He explained everything clearly and was very mindful of my pregnancy, which meant so much to me. The entire office staff was wonderful, including the receptionist. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and made the experience so much less stressful from the moment I walked in. Both my husband and I were extremely impressed. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would 100% recommend this office to anyone—especially if you’re nervous or pregnant. Thank you all for such amazing care!

  I want to sincerely thank Dr. Nam Nguyen for his professionalism, responsibility, and genuine care for his patients. I originally came in for a crown-related issue, but recently developed a very painful infection around the same tooth. After taking new X-rays, Dr. Nguyen clearly explained that there was significant bone loss in the area and that the infection needed immediate attention — even though this treatment was not part of the original crown work. Instead of sending me elsewhere or ignoring the problem, he decided to help me. He performed a very thorough deep cleaning and periodontal treatment, removed a large amount of infection, placed bone graft material, and carefully sutured the area to give it the best chance to heal. I could genuinely feel how careful and serious he was during the entire procedure. What I truly appreciate is that Dr. Nguyen did all of this out of professional responsibility, not obligation, and did not charge me for the additional treatment. He also scheduled a follow-up visit to personally check on the healing. It’s rare to find a dentist who is this honest, skilled, and willing to go the extra mile for a patient. I’m very grateful for his care and highly recommend Dr. Nam Nguyen to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients’ long-term health.

  My experiences at Excel Dental in Sienna have been very positive. The front office staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. Rarely any wait time. Rubin is my hygienist, does a great job and Dr Nguyen is always present to answer questions and offer comments on my dental hygiene.

  Hands down the best cleaning I’ve had in a long time. My hygienist, was thorough but very gentle— he was great about answering my questions without rushing. I’m actually looking forward to my next 6-month checkup.

  My name is Dung Chu. My husband is the patient and recommended me to Excel dental. Very happy for the first time. The front desk is very friendly that made me very comfortable. My hygienist is professional and helpful and my dentist Andrew is very nice, pleasant and highly competent. I definitely come back for my 6 month check up. Highly recommended!! Thanks so much.
