There is no reason why anyone has to be stuck in your drive thru without anyway to exit for 30 minutes. You are blocked in. Make drivers get out of the line and go in to do their transactions. Leave the drive thru for those that have prepaid. What is the point of prepaying on your app???

The staff, specifically, Gabby and Marie, go out of their way to provide fantastic customer service. Even though they see hundreds of people a day, they make you feel like it’s a small town pharmacy, similar to the hometown pharmacy I grew up with. They always remember my name and are able to help with any issues that may arise. I drive past two other neighborhood pharmacies to go to HEB! They’ve made it worth the extra time. Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers, Gabby and Marie!

This was.pur second attempt at a flu shot. Dylan was very patient and accomidating. It took about 15 minutes longer than it should have, but we got it done and my son's stuffed animal also got a shot and candy. Thank you, Dylan!
