Once your info is in the system, drive thru pick up in a sinch and super fast. I particularly appreciate wide array of immunizations offered and the scheduling option, although you don't need one. The techs are great with folks who struggle with fear of needles.

Multiple calls between HEB, my physician and myself and I still had to take the script to another pharmacy (Walgreens, filled no problem). The HEB excuse for not filling the prescription changed after each round of phone calls. This happened twice. They're wasting a lot of folks time.
