- JMJennifer ManuelNov 5, 20215.0I used to have a really bad experience with this HEB pharmacy - similar to the other reviews, SLOW wait time, prescriptions never in stock and ended up having to go elsewhere, never getting updates on my prescriptions, but it looks like there's a new pharmacy manager overseeing as of recently, and it's a HUGE 180 from what it was before. My doctor will call in a RX and fifteen minutes later (I kid you not), I get an automated call with my RX ready. This is happened TWICE in the past month already, so I don't think it's a one-off situation. I've also gone in for multiple vaccinations (covid, TDAP, and flu), and I have been in and out, and even better, it's been PAINLESS. I've had some bad experiences with receiving shots at pharmacies. Great job Lake Colony Pharmacy! Definitely a regular customer now :)
