  I made an online purchase and I wanted to return in-store. I called this location and asked if it could be done and a gentleman said he believed it could. I came in and there was a female associate with red/orange hair. She didn’t even greet me when I walked in. I showed her my receipt and she said she couldn’t return it without a transaction #. I showed her both the physical receipt and email receipt, she said without the transaction number all she could give me was store credit for $69.99, despite the store policy online. I had an order number, but that wasn’t what she wanted. I called GNC customer service I got the transaction # myself, then she says she also needs the store number it was ordered from. I told her lady, I’m just a customer, I don’t know the logistics of all that she’s asking for and if she needs the info then why isn’t she calling and getting it herself? She was so unwilling to help and lacked any customer service skills. I called customer service and received a full refund, but what a headache.

  It's a pretty good location. This one manager, he aint there no more, always adress me as Mr. Pope, and treat me with respect Ivertime. He was a big guy, not the incredible hulk, but kinda like the michelin man on a south beach diet. The incredible hulk was nice too, but he all about the business. Chubby guy cared about me, and remembered my name. I am caribbean african american an have long hair, so people be looking funny when i go in somewhere. The chubby dude never treat me like that. I wish he still works there. But it's alright store. They still be trying to sell they stuff, but at least they have whats avertized in stock. Definatley one of the good gnc in houston.
