  I joined in October of last year, enjoyed the structure of the classes and app was cool. I’m giving them 2 stars for many reasons. They need to do a better job of cleaning the machines and underneath them. There was always hairs, lint, random debris. The BIGGEST reason I dislike this place is how much of a hassle it was to cancel my membership. I was told different things by different people and they pretty much try to rob and charge you again by lying, and will stretch it for months. I was told my cancellation had confirmed, and a week later I wanted to double check, only to learn there was no note of cancellation. Oh, and I got charged another month! Then when it did, 13 credits disappeared and I had to go in and explain and argue for it back. I was told the end of this month, so the 28th was my last day and I had credits to use on that last day…they cancelled my bookings today so the day before. I now lost 3 credits. These people are scammers but will be all nice to your face. Good luck getting out of a contract. I hate this place for that reason.

  I love it!!! The instructors are AWSOME!! best thing I could've done. Best work outs you'll never get bored always doing something new!
