I have been calling multiple times for my medication with no luck. Their answer is it will be ready next tuesday. Today they told me the same thing. I was upset because i should have started taking that medication 2 weeks ago.Long story short, out of the bloom she asks me if i wanted to pick up my medication at another HEB PHARMACY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that they had it on shelf!!!!! That just shows you how much pharmacist cares for their patients or clients. I asked her why they didn't give me that option since the begining and her answer was im sorry. I know it was probably my fault for not asking them that, but again pharmacist should know better. Should be an option for 0 stars.
