Vital Care's mission is to provide the West Texas community with comprehensive, affordable medical care on a walk-in basis. No appointment is necessary: our clinics provide walk-in services with after-hours, evening, and weekend availability for all types of non-life-threatening medical conditions. Our hometown urgent care clinic is not affiliated with any hospital group and the medical care you receive is billed at negotiated urgent care copay prices by providers living in the community. Result: medical attention at a lower cost than an emergency department visit.
