- CWClaudia WalkerMar 16, 20261.0Twice in a row, I had my rx sent to this pharmacy, and they put it on hold because they assumed I could not afford it. I had to call and assure them I was "good for it". At first they complained it would "take them all day to put it in the system". A month later I called back and they had my rx on hold, I asked for it to be filled only for it to be cancelled without contacting me because" it's too expensive". You are consistently delaying my treatment and refusing to order my prescription. I work in customer service management and am appalled at how you conduct your operations.

Then I got there and the lady said they cannot on a coupon. I think if you dont know ask. I drove to United for nothing. If said no on the phone I would have said ok. I do love the cashiers that work there. Please admit you dont know something or ask more question. It wasn't like this one the first time someone ask the question. Normally I would give them all fives.
