I’ve been working for Home Instead for over three years. They take excellent care of their clients. The caregivers get plenty of hours. I know that I get any hours that I want in any hours that I need they give us points where we can cash them in I’ve had hundreds of dollars worth of Amazon gifts from Home Instead if you want a good place to work, you need to go over there.

I have tremendously enjoyed working for Home Instead in Midland! Everyone in this company is very professional and I have observed that they work with each other to get what you need and what info you need to do our jobs. I have worked for many companies in my almost 30 years of service and Home Instead is the best company I have worked for. Also, I have to say, Santana is excellent in scheduling our clients. She is Johnny on the spot where to put us and what clients to put us with. She is always kind and knows her stuff! I enjoy her and everyone there. I can truly say that I have enjoyed talking to every person in the Midland office. This company has my vote!!!
